Maria is one of the most interesting persons and teachers you could have. She is well -read an dated on many topics. Her class is always interesting and creative. Through discussions about social issues, cultural interests, but also simple everyday life, it helps you to learn the language so that you can use it like a \u201clocal\u201d and not like someone who simply learns the language through rules. The teaching includes all the rules and grammar you need without becoming boring but through the everyday interests of all of us.With Maria I understood the logic of the language and I managed to use the language the most of the times like a local . The advice that I will never forget is to watch\u2019s series .movies or tv shows in English. I really enjoyed having Maria as my English teacher. She created a supportive environment that helped me feel comfortable to learn. She was always ready to help me when I was struggling with some topics or needed some clarification. I have learned English the right way in Ms. Mariangela\u2019s class. I was fortunate enough to start my learning journey with such an experienced and professional teacher who knows how to distinguish between strengths and shortcomings of every individual student. I recall my first days in her class when I was hesitant and unconfident with my English skills, and how she briefly, and intensively changed all that to make a successful story of someone who uses Arabic as mother-tongue language to nearly an English native speaker. Speaking from a personal experience, I can say that her various teaching methods and creativity makes the idea of learning a new language is a lot easier than it sounds.I will always remember how she step by step helped me to master writing essays in English, pursing my goal to become a bilingual writer, as a result, I confidently started to write in English as good as writing in Arabic which was a significant dream of mine that I would never accomplish without her proper guidance and useful tips. I volunteered as a teaching assistant with Mariangela in her ESL classroom in Philadelphia, USA where she instructed students of all skill levels. Maria is an excellent teacher who deeply cares for her students. Her lessons are detailed and focused on improving your weaknesses. She was also always willing to spend extra time with students who needed it! \nI personally saw student\u2019s language abilities greatly improve under her mentorship.
